Background

I have over 29 years professional experience in stamp
retail and auctions. Commencing in 1977, I went on to
work as describer, valuer and sales manager at one
of the most respected auction firms in Australia.

Today, I travel extensively to buy and sell -
attending auctions, fairs and exhibitions and
am a member of the following organisations:

1. Australasian Philatelic Traders Association
(APTA  formerly ASDA) Melbourne.*
2. Philatelic Traders Society (PTS) London
3. American Philatelic Society (APS) USA

*Served on Federal Executive for 10 years and
as National President in 1992 - 93

I am also a longstanding member of both
the Royal Philatelic Society of Victoria and
the British Society of Australian Philately

I have previously served on one well known
expert committee and am an ongoing consultant to
another internationally recognised expertising body.
